Join SFSC

We meet each month at Galuppi's in Pompano. We have our own area set aside and dinner is served. Most meetings have a guest speaker and are geared toward enhancing our experience and informing our members.

Membership Requirements

	The SFSC maintains a membership cap and has strict guidelines for membership.
	Requirements for prospective members:

Minimum Open Water Certification from a recognized agency (Advanced Certification & NITROX Recommended ).
Strong concern for the marine environment.
Ability or strong desire to spearfish and hunt lobster.

Pre-requisites for prospective members:

Must be sponsored by two active members. If you do not know a member you will be introduced to potential sponsors.
Must participate in two club sponsored dive outings with club members other than or in addition to your sponsors.

Sponsors will provide a presentation to the club on the reasons why the prospective member(s) should be voted into SFSC.

Membership votes prospective member(s) into the club with two thirds of the majority.

Club dues are $275.00 annually. Our year begins in March.
Dues are pro-rated quarterly for new members and include:

	Dinners at all meetings
	Parties and Social events
	Member gift
	Discounts on dive trips
